In the summer of 1942, seven months after the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbour, what does President Roosevelt decide to do? He decides to invade French North Africa, of course, sending 150,000 soldiers in a couple of hundred boats to spearhead Operation Torch, a name designed to inspire the French to fight their oppressors.
