Frederick was born in the Holloway Hospital in London, England, in the summer of 1947. At an early age he started to make his presence felt by neighbors and the establishment of the Law. He was sent to various homes for hooligans and finally going to boarding school, not the type where upper class children go. Even in adulthood he managed to find things to annoy people with. He has lived in Milton Keynes for 38 years, has been married twice, and wonders if the pranks will have come to an end.
