Books
Sam Singh's older brother Moon has been missing for three years. Sam fears Moon, a skilled thief, has been transported to a notorious prison on the Isle of Lost Voices. When a shady figure called the Collector offers him a job, Sam leaves his tribe of land-pirates to voyage to the Isle, where the Collector is to record a rare language spoken by its indigenous people. With his talking parrot Suka, and a young guide Lola, Sam treks with the Collector into the Isle's jungle interior where they discover a deadly secret. En route they meet a princess on a special mission and, with a flock of parrots and a statue that comes alive, attempt to break into the prison.
